Here's an odd thing. For some reason today, I started thinking about what the first single I ever owned with a picture sleeve was. It wasn't too clear what the answer was, but it had to be something from kidhood. My folks bought me loads of kiddy music, things on the Disney and Peter Pan labels, Sesame Street stuff and the like. Most of this was in a plain sleeve (if there was a sleeve at all), but I still have these:

Rubber Duckie

and a song from Disney's Peter Pan

I can't remember the first single I bought in a picture sleeve, though. Maybe if I go back and listen to all of my singles...
