What have you searched high and low for, only to be disappointed when the record can't live up to your expectations?
One of mine was a request for the show a couple of years ago. Someone asked for a song by Margaret Whiting called Wheel of Hurt. With a title like that, Jim and I thought it had to be some crazy country lyin' & cheatin' & cryin' in your beer number!
What a drag to find out that it's a pretty square ballad. The album had liner notes by Ed Sullivan. That should have been the tip off, but you live in hope... _________________ One chord is fine. Two chords are pushing it. Three chords and you're into jazz. |

Nah, by far the worst is anyone who thought last week's tunes were by The Rolling Stones and/or The Beatles. How sad anyone would ever think that crap would get on LDRS!
